I suggest we post the new rule paraphrased below with the instructions at the top of each future round:
Each team will have a 4 hour maximum time to make a pick after the previous owner's pick unless it is outside the midnight to sunrise time frame.

Since 2020 MLB amateur draftees are eligible for this initial B1G Player Draft, there will not be 5 free roster spaces for them this year. That will start with our first BIG Amateur Draft, which will take place in the offseason. |

Even I think the description of Harrison Bader as epic draft steal is a bit much and that is from someone who rostered Kiermaeir and Simmons for their defense over many years.

And you did quite well in LWNN all those years with them  I had a co-worker who knows absolutely nothing about baseball take over the team two years ago and just sit on the roster, he won last year and will probably win again. OF defense is low hanging fruit IMO, especially in CF because corner outfielders can't fill in without penalty.
