So I'm at the Somerset Patriots game, which is the Yankees AA team. Hopefully rain holds off but Riley Greene and Spencer Torkelson should be in for Detroit

Astros defer the remaining draft picks. We're at the stage where it's not real loss if you want to keep a couple roster spots open. If anyone else wants to defer (being auto skipped), please let me know.

Doesn't look like anyone is minding the store today, or, could be, most everyone is ready to play and the heck with the last few picks of the draft.

Sorry, I was unexpectedly tied up at work and unable to post or check on things today. In retrospect, I can see how people may be tired at this point and I think a 45-man roster would have been fine. However, there are also so many injuries that have happened that depth will be important--even though we'll also have that additional reserve for up to 5 players (at a time) in the sim who are injured.

Also, am I crazy and not seeing the Alexander Ramirez who is a SS that the Cardinals are referring to? There's a handful of Alexander (or Alex) Ramirez's but I don't see anyone who is a SS.

When does someone draft Trout this round and post a scouting report or if he is available?

I'm planning on taking Wander Franco next round, assuming the other one taken was the Giants' Wander Franco

Unless I missed something, the following teams are missing picks:
DET 45.12 TAM 45.8 DET 44.19 DET 46.19 TAM 46.23 TAM 47.8 DET 47.12 STL 47.13 COL 47.30
This doesn't count rounds 48-50

There's no requirement that teams have to complete a 50-man roster, but there are 15 potential draft picks remaining.
45.8 (TB) 46.23 (TB) 47.8 (TB) 47.30 (COL) 48.1 (COL) 48.18 (STL) 48.23 (TB) 49.8 (TB) 49.13 (STL) 49.30 (COL) 50.1 (COL) 50.18 (STL) 50.23 (TB) 50.27 (TEX) 50.28 (MIN)

Doubt we are getting those Tampa picks from Hawaii.
And are there any more Alexander Ramirez we can just give the Cardinals?

Since the teams have been skipped, I doubt if any of them give notice that they want to remain skipped. Those teams will have until 5 PM Pacific tomorrow to post their makeup selections before we lock the draft.

Ok, just so i am understanding...i have both Alex Ramirez from the Angels and the Alex Ramirez from the Mets. Is that right? I am good with that, I intended to have the Mets Ramirez, but both are fine and I am at 50 and no one else drafted the Ramirez from the Angels so good to go? Anyone else name Ramirez I can claim!!?? Don/Cardinals

Also, I remember being in college in the LWNN and my god I had so much free time to know so much about the minor leagues and be part of the league. I am just a tired old Rangers GM now.

If you ever have a horrific injury/infection to your foot, I beg you to not post a picture. It's probably been a decade now, but I will never get that image of the old LWNN Rangers GM's foot out of my head.

Lol I was on my honeymoon when the draft started. My wife was cool with it but I definitely wanted to keep it to a minimum.

So sad, seems like he went on a downhill spiral after the 3-0 home run incident :/
The Angels will sign him if he becomes a free Agent.
