What becomes of players available that aren't on any B1G team? Free agency or just a regular pickup?

If they are on the free agency list then they are sent to bidding.
If they are available with a projection they would be subject to the DMB supplemental draft. After the draft when the waiver wire opens they would be fair game.
Prospects with no projection are available to add when the waiver wire opens.
