15th Round

A can use one of their [ML] wildcards to forgo the salary/contract in a particular round if they choose to select a player that has not gained real-life rookie eligibility in MLB--as of the end of 2020, the player would have to have fewer than 130 MLB ABs or 50 MLB IP in their career. If a team has used up all of their [ML] wildcards, they can still select a player who does not meet MLB rookie eligibility requirements at the contract for the draft slot.

The contract for all draft slots in the 15th Round is [1/A1/A2/A3].  The contract for all draft slots from the 16th Round to the 25th Round will be [.5/1/A1/A2/A3].

The maximum time per pick before being skipped has been reduced to 4 hours outside of the blackout period. Teams can still post picks during the blackout period, but that time won't count against the clock. Once a pick has been skipped, the makeup selection can be posted at any time.
