So I do have a question I'm sure you fine gents could answer. My roster is at 32 and salary at 5 million, which is Verdugo. I'm assuming all the guys arbitration eligible should be counted towards my overall roster. My roster is at 32 but I know it's more like 55, which is why I released 6 guys. I still have a ton a cap room but was curious of the overall scope

The players under the Arbitration-Eligible and Changing Salaries headings aren't counting yet against the salary cap or roster limit. Yes, they're technically still part of your team, but we aren't forcing GMs to get under the salary cap or roster limit because those players on the right side of the Excel will be able to be released (before the deadline we'll impose) without being responsible for any of their salary. After that deadline, those players will move back over to the left side with everyone else and then teams will need to get under the salary cap or roster limit--and they would then be responsible for half of their salary.
