Wow, that was unexpected. A lot of tough luck out there, and the American League is a hellscape. Now I gotta look up all the damn tiebreaker processes.

First Thought Observations:
- White Sox went 9-1 in their last 10 and are going home on a loss on the last day.
- We were all robbed of an epic 4 team scenario with a 3 tie wildcard included.
- Angels and Orioles going big the last week at 5-1.
- B1G Cardinals finished as hot as the team life Cards.
- Orioles vs Rays division tiebreaker!
- The AL Best not having a tanking team and all getting to 70 wins.

Wow, that was unexpected. A lot of tough luck out there, and the American League is a hellscape. Now I gotta look up all the damn tiebreaker processes. Pretty sure Twins gets the top spot based on tiebreaker I just read. We were 3-3 against each other and he went 46-30 in division where I went 45-31. Determining Home-Field Advantage in Two-Team Tiebreakers 1. Head-to-head winning percentage during the regular season. 2. Higher winning percentage in intradivision games. 3. Higher winning percentage in intraleague games. 4. Higher winning percentage in the last half of intraleague games. 5. Higher winning percentage in the last half plus one intraleague game, provided that such additional game was not between the two tied clubs. Continue to go back one intraleague game at a time until the tie has been broken.

www.mlb.com/news/mlb-playoff-tiebreaker-rulesAlright, so if I'm interpreting this all correctly... The Orioles and Rays are tied for the AL East and will need to have a one-game playoff, which is a Game 163 with the results/statistics being included as part of the regular season. The loser of that game would go on the road with the Angels hosting the AL Wild Card Game. The Angels and Orioles/Rays were all 96-66, but the loser of Game 163 would then be 96-67 and have a lower winning percentage. The Athletics and Twins were 3-3 against each other, but Minnesota had a one game advantage in intradivision games so they host the winner of the Wild Card Game. Oakland would play the winner of the AL East. In the NL, the Cubs had a 4-3 season series lead over the Nationals so they would host the NL Wild Card Game. The winner of that would go on the road to face the Mets. The Cardinals would host the Giants. Am I missing anything?
