Highlighting these posts again... Please pay attention to the timestamps. It's hard for me to check everything in real time. If you officially signed someone at say 8:02 PM (regardless of the second), basically add 31 (so that it's a full 30 minutes) so you're able to sign someone as soon as the clock moves to 8:33:00 PM. If you signed someone at 8:03:27 on the forum, you would be able to sign someone at the earliest when the forum clock is 8:34:00. We're going by the minute for the full 30 minutes. |
