Nats would play vs Cardinals the first half of week 4 tonight or Wednesday night.
I don't think there is time to play vs Mets as well, but I guess that depends upon finishing or having the vs Cardinals series simmed.

I'm always happy to NetPlay whenever possible. The second series of a week is always trickier, but not impossible. If both teams aren't also NetPlaying their own first series of the week, you can get permission from the other GM(s) to simulate ahead of the deadline if their manager profiles are sent in early.

SF Giants always willing to net play with reasonable notice...
usually available during weekdays and weeknights..
limited availability during the weekend and holidays...
