On the Excel, the Records tab has been updated. For the draft order, the previous season's records are used as the tiebreaker so the 2022-2021 records also now reflect this past offseason's franchise swaps. Included below is how the order of teams from worst to first--so this would be the draft order without reflecting the trades that have been made.
