How should we handle SP eligibility? Please vote on the poll.

- No special restrictions
Openers are being used in MLB, anyone can start

- Restricted (criteria TBD)
We could limit eligibility to those with a SP stamina rating in the simulation or some other criteria

The DMB software will automatically tire a pitcher based on his actual use.
If Sandy Koufax goes 10 innings, he will be tired for several games.
Just carry over innings pitched throughout the season and we will not have to face Koufax 162 games.
