Please vote on the poll, descriptions of the options are included below. Depending on everyone feels, we might be able to start as soon as May 1st. - Full draft with salaries determined by slotRound1 (1-15) 25M 1 (16-30) 22M 2 (1-15) 15 M 2 (16-30) 12M 3 (1-30) 10M 4 (1-30) 7.5M 5 (1-30) 5M 6 (1-30) 3M 7-8 (1-30) 2/A2/A3 9-15 1/A1/A2/A3 16-26 .5/1/A1/A2/A3 27+ 0/.5/A1 or Minors If this is the preferred option, we can still adjust this structure further, but this would be the base proposal. - Free agent bidding on top 15-30 playersIf people prefer a limited free agency before drafting, we would have to iron out that process. One potential way would be to have 1-2 weeks of bidding on 15-30 players with a group closing at a specific time on Sunday. It might also be difficult for everyone to be on at that same time, but a different process could also be used--such as submitting blind bids. If this is the preferred option, we could hone done further whether everyone wants full free agency or a draft after bidding on the top players. |

We could take the top players by their projected WAR in the simulation, enable each GM the opportunity to nominate one player for bidding, etc. |

Please make sure you weigh in and vote on the poll. If the draft remains the preferred option and we can hammer down the salaries by draft slot this week, then we could possibly set the draft order this weekend (using a random number generator) and begin the draft as soon as next week. The timeline for the free agency option would be a little longer since we'd have to develop that process, but please feel free to offer suggestions or other ideas--ideally in the B1G Player Draft thread.

Since we've already reached a majority, there's no way for the limited free agency option to make a comeback. The full draft with salaries determined by draft slot is the preferred option. Now we just need to finalize that salary structure for the draft before we begin.
