Should we create a system to allow teams to move their players/salaries/finances to a different franchise?

We'll go ahead and move forward with this since there seems to be overwhelming support. We can decide how long teams must stay in their new city once they swap, but I think 3 years makes sense. Does anyone have interest in swapping this offseason? The two people that I've heard from so far are Houston swapping with Boston and Atlanta swapping with San Francisco.

Anyone else interested in swapping? I want to get this settled before Free Agency starts. From what I've heard, there hasn't been conflicting interest in the same franchises and the potential swaps would look like...
HOU <--> BOS ATL --> SF | PIT --> ATL | SF --> PIT

This wouldn't just be for vacant franchises. Existing GMs are allowed to swap with one another if they're interested in doing so. With the draft officially starting tomorrow, I'll post a list of who would be considered vacant at this point for lack of response--since they'll be auto-drafted for.

Im not going to lie, Ive been doing sim baseball for like 20+ years, and this first time Ive been able to be my favorite baseball franchise. I'm pretty stoked.
