If a player on the projection is in the minor leagues in 2021 is he still eligible to play in the simulation or must he wait until he is called up the majors ??

He is eligible to play in this case as long as he's not injured and is signed to a minor league affiliate of an MLB team AFAIK

A player doesn't have to be in the majors to be eligible in the simulation. Someone can be playing in AA and you can use them. If they have a projection, you can use them as long as they're active with a MLB franchise (majors/minors).

This changes my thought process a little bit.
Of course, once activated for B1G League play you'll start the contract clock.

This changes my thought process a little bit. Of course, once activated for B1G League play you'll start the contract clock. How many ABs or IP in the simulation a player has doesn't impact their contract. It's about their real-life experience. When a player on a [ML] contract reaches 130+ career MLB ABs or 50+ career MLB IP, then that offseason they will move to the [.5/1/A1/A2/A3] payscale--it doesn't change in the middle of the season. Those rules and processes were laid out on the forum prior to the start of the draft.

All good. So much to process, but I can't wait.
