Drafts

Teams will be able to draft someone who doesn't have a projection this year and be able to sign players during the season who don't have a projection yet. The signing forums will be frozen after the regular season. When the projection disk is released next year, there would be a DMB Player Draft (likely 2 rounds) to allow teams to add the best players with a projection who are unsigned. After that, the signing forums would open before the next regular season and teams would still be able to add players, but the DMB Player Draft would be a way to evenly distribute those players rather than simply a free-for-all.
