Marwin Gonzalez has not passed through waivers yet because it has not been 72 hours since he was released. As a result, you would not make a new post in the Sign Players forum because he is not eligible to be signed yet. If you want to claim a player, you need to respond in the thread where he was released within 72 hours of the player's release. Since other teams can still make a claim as well, I've moved your post to the proper place. The team with the highest waiver priority at the end of the 72 hours would win the player. From the Rulebook:"Teams will have 3 days (72 hours) from the exact time of release to place a claim on a player. The claiming team with the highest waiver priority would then assume the player’s entire contract and the releasing team would no longer be responsible for 50% of the contract."

Seattle won Marwin Gonzalez, taking on his contract and falling from 29th to 30th on the Waiver Wire.
