That is fine but the clock at the top of the board and the timestamps are definitely not synced if that is the case.

I don't know if anyone else is noticing any difference, but it seems synced up to me--it also matches down to the second on my computer clock on Windows. I would think any discrepancy would be due to the processing time on your computer. My laptop has been a slow pain in the ass so I clicked to post about two seconds before the forum click went to 8:00:00 and it didn't come through until about 3 seconds later.
