Just for clarification, Mitch Moreland would be inactive in the simulation for as long as he remains not active with a MLB franchise, but he hasn't officially retired so the Giants are still on the hook for 50% of Moreland's contract [we round up so that's 300K this season]. Since Tony Watson retired, all of his money comes off the books.
