FINANCIAL INCENTIVES IV
All teams will be ranked from first to last under the Success Ratio. The Success Ratio is the change in wins over the last two years. The team with the most increase in wins receives 2 million, the second ranked team receives 1 million and the third team receives 500k.
THE SUCCESS RATIO:
The idea is we should award money based on two factors. First, total wins in the past season. Second, the increase in wins over the prior two seasons. The reason is improving your team from one year to another should be awarded just as much as your total team wins in a given season.
