I wasn't on the forum so I didn't catch San Francisco signing multiple players in a short time span. I'm going to retroactively remove the 30-minute freeze so the signings by the Giants are valid--we weren't trying to punish teams with that required delay, it was intended to more evenly distribute players by giving more teams an opportunity when the Sign Players forum opened. Teams no longer have to wait in between signings.

Just as a heads up, we will be locking the Sign Players section this Sunday, October 29th (11:59 PM CST). Once the clock strikes midnight for Monday, this section will remained locked until after the DMB Player Draft before the 2024 B1G regular season starts.

The 2024 DMB Player Draft has ended and skipped teams will have until the end of today CST to post makeup selections. The Sign Players forum will then open tomorrow, Tuesday, June 11th, at 8 PM CST (9 Eastern/6 Pacific).
Regardless of whether the player has a projection or not, a team must wait 30 minutes after signing a player before they can sign another player.
During the season, there will be an Injured List Reserve where teams gain an additional slot for every current injury to a player in the simulation, but teams can only gain a maximum of 5 additional slots. Depending on how many players you have injured, you can sign that many new players--though if you have 6 or more injured, 5 would be your max. If a player does not have a projection in the simulation, teams will not gain an additional slot while they’re injured. Teams do not gain an additional slot for a player who is inactive because they're not with a MLB franchise.

Reminder that this forum opens in just about an hour. I'm going to unlock it now so everyone has the same opportunity when the forum clock strikes 8:00 PM CST. We go by timestamps and any early posts will be invalid. Teams must wait 30 minutes in between signing a player regardless of whether they're in the sim or not.

Highlighting these posts again... Please pay attention to the timestamps. It's hard for me to check everything in real time. If you officially signed someone at say 8:02 PM (regardless of the second), basically add 31 (so that it's a full 30 minutes) so you're able to sign someone as soon as the clock moves to 8:33:00 PM. If you signed someone at 8:03:27 on the forum, you would be able to sign someone at the earliest when the forum clock is 8:34:00. We're going by the minute for the full 30 minutes.

Remember, teams will still need to wait the full 30 minutes in between signing players. We'll lift that at the end of today CST.
